FEATURES:
This manual metal strapping series is designed for heavy-duty use with metal straps, ideal for securing heavy loads such as pallets, timber, logs, and bricks. Metal straps have distinct advantages over other materials such as PET, PP, or plastic, as they offer high breaking strength, low extendability, and are less prone to breaking on sharp corners.
To start a job, a strap, clip, tensioner, and crimper are all necessary components. It's highly recommended to use a trolley. Handing this series requires significant physical strength even when a trolley is used.
The tensioner is specially designed to work with Metal/Steel straps (width 16-19mm).
It has a max tension of 500KG, and may not fit for other straps. Definitely not for the light duty plastic, PET or PP strap.
The sealer fits for clips which has no more than 22mm in width, and no more than 10mm in thickness.
The metal strap should has a width range 16-19mm, and max thickness of 1mm.
The sealer/crimper cut notches on both sides of the clips (tegether with the strap) by great force to lock the tension and seal the ends. Therefore, the clips must not be too thick; our default clips have a material thickness of 0.5mm
Please note that the clips, tools and strap must all match each other in order to work or to achieve the best results. If you are unsure, you can buy our ready bundles.
