FEATURES:
This manual strapping series is designed for heavy-duty use with metal straps, ideal for securing heavy loads such as pallets, timber, logs, and bricks. Metal straps have distinct advantages over other materials such as PET, PP, or plastic, as they offer high breaking strength, low extendability, and are less prone to breaking on sharp corners.
To start a job, a strap, clip, tensioner, and crimper are all necessary components. It's highly recommended to use a trolley. Handing this series requires significant physical strength even when a trolley is used.
No tools included - the tools you'll need are the tensioner and the crimper. Keep in mind that while the tools for other straps might look similar, they probably won't work with this strap unless explicitly stated otherwise.
No clips included - the clip locks the strap by notches created by the crimper and therefore the material shouldn't be too thick, the default clips have a material thickness of 0.5MM.
Each roll of the strap weighs approx. 20KG, and it is very difficult to move around tegether with all the parts. A specially designed trolley is a great help and is available in our store too.
Please note that the clips, tools, strap and the trolley must all match each other in order to work or to achieve the best results. If you are unsure, you can buy our ready bundles.
