DESCRIPTION:
This kit comes with three essential parts - strap, clips, and two tools - providing you with all the necessary items to tackle a challenging strapping job that demands significant physical exertion.
FEATURES:
This manual strapping series is designed for heavy-duty use with metal straps, ideal for securing heavy loads such as pallets, timber, logs, and bricks. Metal straps have distinct advantages over other materials such as PET, PP, or plastic, as they offer high breaking strength, low extendability, and are less prone to breaking on sharp corners.
To start a job, a strap, clip, tensioner, and crimper are all necessary components. It's highly recommended to use a trolley. Handing this series requires significant physical strength even when a trolley is used.
Strap size: 19mm x 0.5mm
Max tension or breaking strength is approx. 500KG.
Note this is not the weight of the load to be strapped.
Length of each roll: Approx. 250 meters
Our straps come in rolls that weigh around 20KG each, making it very challenging to move around tegether with all the other accessories. A specially designed trolley in our store is a great help for relocating.
TOOLS
Two tools included (tensioner and crimper) - Keep in mind that while tools for other straps might look similar, they probably won't work with this strap unless explicitly stated otherwise.
CLIPS
150 clips included - the clip locks the strap by notches created by the crimper and therefore the material shouldn't be too thick.
If you have the clips, make sure it fits metal strap and the material thickness does not exceed 0.5MM.
Please note that the clips, tools, strap and the trolley must all match each other in order to work or to achieve the best results. If you have any of the existing parts, make sure they are compatible.
